Do you have an existing website but do you want to be able to directly sell your products to your clients from there? This is possible! How do we start the process?

First of all, we listen to you

It’s the first and most important step in the process. We’re all ears when you explain us your story, goals and expectations. Along the way we might ask you some questions to get all the answers we need to know. We will also ask you for some example webshops you like. Just to get an idea of the style you’re looking for.

Then we create a concept

After we know more about each other we start to create a plan on how to start our journey together. According to what you have told us we’ll design a concept version for you. We now know the amount of pages necessary, the amount of products and the categories you have, wanted functionalities and your (online) marketing strategies, so the concept will already be unique. We’ll explain all the options there are to include all the functionalities you’re looking for.

We adjust the concept
The concept is nothing official yet, we can still adjust ANYTHING at this point. This is one of the most important steps in the process, so it will take more than just a day to do this! Be honest, open and let’s try new things! We take our time and don’t mind to change something to find out it looked better the original way.

We start building

When we all agree on the final concept, we provide you with a so-called “delivery document”. With the help of this document you can send us all your content (products, text, titles, pictures, etc.). We then start building your unique webshop! Along the way we make sure to review all your content and functionalities and we will alway keep you in the loop, so that you know what’s going on.

We finish up and deliver

As mentioned before we make sure to review all your content and functionalities along the way (don’t worry, we’re perfectionists). Before we actually deliver your webshop you’ll get access to review everything yourself (and we recommend to have it checked by a few people already). When we’re all happy with the result it is time to pop the champagne! Your webshop is live!

We review and stay in touch

Going live with your webshop is not where our journey ends. We always make sure to have all the i’s dotted and t’s crossed before we go live, but we might oversee something. Or maybe you receive feedback that makes you want to change a part of your content. During the first month after delivery we’ll be in close contact to make any emergency adjustments necessary and after the first month we do a big review.
